State Quality Counts Exhibitor Test
State Quality Counts Exhibitor Test.  Take time to review the website for Quality Counts and do the Texas Trails program prior to testing.  This program will teach you the latest quality counts information that all exhibitors and their families are required to know and follow.  Remember that your animal projects are live creatures that are meant to be added to the human food chain. You are bound by FDA, USDA and other whole and safe food acts,  Once you have completed successfully your exam, you will be illegible for submitting entry applications at the state level.  You are also required to take an additional online exhibitor test (or attend an exhibitor meeting) to cover local requirements.  If you have questions contact the AG department at 210-581-1185
