Please note that your reservation is not finalized until you receive an official confirmation email and booking number from our office. We appreciate your understanding.

  • East Central ISD events: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to requested date.
  • Third-Party events: Requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to requested date.
